Dr Annunziata is probably the best you can find for shoulder surgery. He listens attentively, takes everything into consideration, talks it over with the patient, and doesn't rush into surgery.

I had a torn pectoral muscle that Chris repaired and re-attached to my arm in Feb 2022. The surgery went really well. More than 6 months after the surgery now and my shoulder feels great. Although extremely busy with his list of patients, Dr. Annunziata immediately made time for me due to the emergency and extremely painful and debilitating nature of my partially torn left shoulder rotator cuff due to a slip and fall. He spent an entire hour thoroughly examining and testing me; and then, explaining me in details and in very lament terms exactly what happened to my shoulder and my arm, and illustrated every single case in point with different positions, movements, and exercises on my shoulder, arm, and upper body. At my most vulnerable, stressful, and doubtful time; Dr. Annunziata calmed my worries and gave me confidence on the final outcome of my ordeal. I definitely recommend Dr. Annunziata to anyone who would be unfortunate enough to go through what I had. Dr Annunziata repaired about 50% tear in my labrum. It's still doing great. After 5 years of people telling me I was 54 and not a professional athlete, so I didn't need strong stable shoulders, Dr. Annunziata listened to what (I) said I needed. My bicep tendon could not be reattached because it was shredded from being detached for so long, but the full labrum repair stabilized my shoulder, allowing me to become my strong self again. Dr. Annunziata has conducted follow up examinations for my shoulder replacement that was performed out of state by another surgeon. My visits with Dr. Annunziata have been excellent.
