This doctor performed a Greenlight laser procedure on me. Despite his assurances that there was a little chance of complications, his procedure left me completely impotent 4 years ago. When I went back to see him he was very dismissive and said that I should start using a liquid injection in my penis, which hasn't worked. He had no empathy, no sensitivity for completely ruining my sex life. Stay away from this doctor... you can do much better elsewhere.

I had the Green Light Laser procedure done by Dr. Arett and it could not have gone worse. It has completely made me impotent and destroyed my sex life. Please go and get second and third opinions before you have this procedure done.

My father at 93 was miserable until Dr Arett operates on him and he is wonderful now. No better urologist.

Dr. Arett is a very thorough and energetic physician. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I recommend him for any prostate procedure you may need, as he does very good work.

Very wishy/washey, indecisive decision maker. Made patient take the most difficult route, but was easier for him.
