Dr. Susan Dian Goldberg, MD

It s unbelievable sad there is not a good urologist in Redding for patients with Interstitial cystitis it's a horrible bladder disease I've had it since 2001. I've been seeing dr. Payne in Stanford for years now. But I would suggest to anyone wanting a good doctor. That hears you.. Do not go to Dr. Goldberg. She is very unlikely to hear any of your concerns. She was mine for a couple years. Wow. I'll never forget how rude she was. Made me feel my pain was all in my head. Told me I was like some one in Vietnam who lost his leg but still have that like pain. Her words. Next week I went to Stanford. Saw amazing doctors and treated with respect and they gave me my life back. Dr. Goldberg is the worse experience with a doctor I ve ever had in my life. As a well respected surgical assistant for years and meet great doctors. Anyone looking for one. Well I highly suggest not to go to her. It s taken me years to write a review. I never do. But this lady will not hear… you. My MD told me the only ones that work for her is simple cases. If u have a severe one go to someone else.

Goldberg only thinks about herself and does not listen to what you say. Her staff is not courteous at all and she sticks up for them over the patient. She also will throw in your face that you she is the only Blue Cross vendor in the area. Not recommended.

I will not recommend this doctor ever. Rude, rude, rude! And if you aren't the patient and are just their with your relative, be prepared for her to treat you even worse. I have no idea how this doctor stays in business, other then being a specialist, it's not her or her staff. They all were so unacceptibly cold and mouthy. Unbelievable! It would be worth waiting to get into another doctor.

her staff were rude to me when i walked in. She scheduled a procedure and never got back to me i had to call her office three times. get another doctor and save yourself the trouble

Dr. Goldberg is personable, friendly and thorough. My entire experience with her has been positive. She took the time to discuss my problems, and followed through until my issues were resolved. The weakest area, in my opinion, was the office staff. Not terrible, just not exceptional either. I would definitely recommend Dr. Goldberg.
