Let me drive 3hrs. R/t for nothing. They moved to an UNMARKED WAREHOUSE w/o any signage. I was turned away because I was 10 min. late. I tried to call, after searching for several minutes, was on QUE 17, and the time after all that was 10:40. I left the phone ringing as I was at the front desk till I got a response. Elapsed time 10 min 9 sec. So do the math I WAS NOT LATE. MY PAPERWORK WAS ALREADY DONE.. AS THAT WAS THE EXCUSE TO LIE ABOUT TIME. YOU ARE NOT CARING PEOPLE. GO GET JOBS IN RETAIL OR SOMETHING. YOU HURT ME.

My previous family doctor always prescribed me Anxiety medications as she stated my shaking and high blood pressure was due to anxiety. So I decided to switch to DrBeney as he was a reputable pediatric for my kids. My first visit he flipped and had me on an echocardiogram. He stated I did not have an anxiety problem, I actually had a heart issue....I won't go into medical terms, but to sum it up my heart had uncontrolled heart beats and I needed to be on something to control it...... Here I am almost 15 years later still with a normal heartbeat thanks to DrBeney. I trust my life with DrBeney because of my previous experience with him. If he tells me I need to do this or that, I trust him because of what he has done. I've had other doctors question the medications I'm on and I always state that this is what my personal doctor recommends and this is what I'm using! My entire family even my mother visits his office, I won't see anyone else other than DrBeney......

My 16 year old son was seen yesterday for his annual physical. Due to his age, I do not accompany him into the room. The receptionist was loud when discussing private information (parents ability to pay, phone numbers as well as if a divorced parent should be contacted in front of children). When I got home his BP was listed as 149/90 significantly higher then last year. My son is lean and fit so you can imagine my worry. At no point did anyone come out to discuss this and in hindsight, I should have looked while there. I called first thing this morning to question it. One of the secretaries relayed that "Chad said they did another read and it was 132/72". This was not documented on the physical (corrected). In addition, the building was filthy, restroom floors as well as waiting room floors. We will not go back.

Love the staff including the reception, Dr Beney and his staff are fantastic. My family has been blessed with their excellent care over the last 8 years. Dr Beney actually came in on Sunday to see my son when he was sick.

The staff is rude especially the receptionist. Probably the most unhappy group of professionals I have found. Beney is a good man, too bad his staff is not. Chad should start his own practice before his name is ruined by poor staffing. I have no use for that woman PA that spend less than 3 minutes in the room!

I really love his staff, one of the most complete physicals in years. He found 2 suspicious mole and referred to dermatology. Also reviewed all lab work with me.

Dr Beney and his staff seem very caring, refill do take 2-3 days. But overall I have been very happy with him and his staff

SEEMS TO BE VERY DIFFICULT GETTING REFILLS ON TIME. IT TAKES THEM AWHILE TO SEND PRESCRIPTIONS INTO MAIL ORDER PHARMACIES,N OR HAVE WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS READY TO PICK UP, SO IF YOU NEED THEM, ASK WELL IN ADVANCE!

I HAVE NEVER WAITED TO SEE A DR LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES IN THE WAITING ROOM-VERY GOOD DR AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Dr. Beney is fantastic, as is Chad Shepherd. The staff on the other hand is not so top-notch. Any time I have called in, the receptionist or staff has always acted extremely stressed out and extremely unaccomodating. I have a job in Buffalo, and am unable to get down to the office without taking time off. I finally had a day off, and called at 1pm a day ahead to have a prescription refill script written for me so I could pick it up the next day early afternoon. I explained my situation with work, and was treated like I was crazy to think that a script could be turned around in less than 48 hours. She huffed and puffed for a bit that I called the main line instead of doing the automated message for script refills.. Then said, "I don't even have time to pick up my head from my desk over here, so I can't promise anything." I understand that not everything can accomodate my schedule, but it's how I was treated. Receptionist was very sarcastic and very belittling. Nonetheless, I… was not able to get my prescription and now have to wait two weeks until my next appointment to get my script filled. This is not the first bad experience I have had calling into the office. I once had an urgent prescription that needed to be filled. My fault for waiting until after the last pill to call for refill, however the receptionist really let me have it and was extremely rude.
