I tried to leave this message on the site that I had my appointment with in messages to him. It will not let me write anything back to him, so unfortunately this is where it is posting and maybe he will read this if not, hopefully it will help someone else. As a medical doctor I think he has a lot of knowledg. Psychiatry very little. When I did a search, it was for a psychiatrist and I don’t know how I got him. Here is part of the letter I tried to send to him on your messages. I thought shortening it might help me be able to send it, but I cannot message him at all. He said he would send me a transcript but after requesting it he messaged me that he could not. I would have to reach out somewhere else and see if I could get it from them. First, why did he not know that he couldn’t send me that transcript and why am I not allow to message him after giving him $200? Hello Dr. Christopher,  When I did a search online, I was searching for a psychiatrist that was going to give me a… test so that we would know if I had it or not. I have no idea how I ended up getting you when you aren’t a psychiatrist. ?I am very discouraged as I find it very hard to spend money on myself, but I decided to go far it, hoping to get someone that would be knowledgeable on ADHD.  I do think you hit some important topics on a medication that I am on. Hopefully that will help me. However, after our appointment I got on and I looked up OCD, that you said I have , and I only have two of those symptoms.  ?I did another test on Adhd and question after question over 40 are exactly what I have. My daughter said that female ADHD diagnosis is much harder than a male. Women’s ADHD is internalized. I just feel that you should’ve known this. You do have knowledge as a MD. I don’t understand why you didn’t ask me the right questions for ADHD. I took time and filled out the eight paragraphs of questions of symptoms that I have, and medication’s I am on and you didn’t even take time before our appointment to read anything. I had to repeat and give you everything all over again. I am pretty discouraged. Rarely do, I spend money on myself and I did hoping to get some help. I’m sending you a small list of symptoms that I have off of a ADHD test, I just feel you should know these things. I don’t know if you will read pass this line. I think you got frustrated with my medical doctor and that we never recovered from that. So quite, possibly this is where this is going to end and you’re not going to read another line because you don’t have to ever talk to me again. ?So that’s a disappointment if that is what happens. I hope because I invested some money in you that perhaps you will read a little bit more and maybe you’ll have a better understanding of me than other people that reached out that don’t have ADHD symptoms that mimic yours.  I don’t understand why you don’t know what looping means. Thoughts being repetitive in your head over and over again for hours and days and weeks. Here are some  of the questions on the test I can agree with: My mind feels like it has 20 tabs opened at the same time. I struggle with mental fog when I have too many options. I often blurred out answers before question has been finished I feel restless if I have to stay in one place for too long I find it difficult to let go of minor annoyances If I find waiting for results or responses to be agonizing I get frustrated when people or things move too slowly I often finish other people‘s sentences for them I find it hard to stay seated during movies or long dinners. I always have to do more than one thing at a time I find it hard to stop an activity even when I’m exhausted I often forget to reply to messages or emails I find it hard to hold back my opinions, even when inappropriate I am prone to emotional outburst when stressed I struggled to remember names or specific dates And very empathetic to the feelings of those around me I find it difficult to listen for long periods without

I am on a maintenance dose of two depression medications, established by another psychiatrist who moved, necessitating a change of doctor -- to Dr. Blaisdell. I was stable and doing well at the time of the appointment, had been on that dosage for two years at that point, it was working, and my records stated as much. I explained at the outset that, as I felt fine and was happy with my medication I did not want my dosage raised. Doing so causes me side effects that affect my stability in other ways. I was merely seeking a renewal of the prescriptions I had that already worked. Not five minutes later, he tried to raise my dose of both medications and when I politely asked why he felt they needed adjusting given that I was doing very well and had been for quite some time, he could not justify his decision. I don't mean he offered a *bad* justification, I mean he literally could not come up with a single thing to say to defend his opinion. I declined and insisted he refill my… prescriptions at my maintenance dosage. I am an active participant in my own mental health care. I *want* to feel good and be functional. I am more than willing to work with doctors and listen when they believe an alteration in medication is called for, and I recognize that medical professionals understand the medication end of things better than I do. I, however, understand my mental state and how to manage it better than anyone who is *not me*, and I expect that to be respected, and I expect to be listened to. I do *not* tolerate being ignored, spoken over, or dismissed. In the several subsequent times I saw him before giving up and moving on, he simply did not listen well. He was brusque, rushed, and generally unpleasant.
