Dr. Christopher Duong Bui, MD

One of the worst doctors I have ever been to. This is for two reasons, the doctor himself and the staff. The doctor was entirely unprofessional commenting on my appearance and making very inappropriate remarks. He also was very "feely" for my taste. I have a very serious medical condition, and needed to be cared for appropriately with constant use of medications. I never once received my medications on time due to the doctor being too busy to sign the approval form. At times waiting a whole month to restart taking my prescription. That is just ridiculous and unheard-of. Even the pharmacy that I went to said that this doctor has always been negligent with his patients and that he does not deserve to care for anyone. The staff consists of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They are extremely unprofessional and when I needed guidance or support either with setting up appointments or questions about my medical history I was completely ignored and told to leave. I have went to… this doctor for about two years before leaving recently. Please stay away from this doctor at all costs.

I was referred by my doctor to Dr. Bui for treatment of hepatitis C. I lost my job about 1 year ago, and on CalOptima. And for this reason no physician wanted to see me. It took me almost 1 1/2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Bui, but once I was in his system, everything went so smoothly. He and his whole team knew exactly what to do. And very soon I have received the treatment approved by CalOptima, which has surprised even myself. Dr. Bui is very funny and made me laugh all the time. I was so depressed as my hepatitis C was so chronic that I started to have signs and symptoms from liver cirrhosis. Thanks Dr. Bui and his whole staffs. He is simply the BEST

Do not believe any good reviews~~they were probably all submitted by a family member or friend. This office smells horrible....I was gagging from the smell. Supermarket restrooms are cleaner than theirs. What doctor ever puts a filthy bucket and mop in their restroom? It was beyond dirty, old, and unsanitary. There were no credentials hanging on the wall....only a few expired certificates. The office staff waited 30 minutes to give me a clipboard of paperwork to fill out after I asked for paperwork upon arrival. But, I left when they would not accept a credit card for my $10 co-pay and had the nerve to tell me to go to an ATM (they refused to bill me for it!) They had never pre-warned me when I set the appt. that they only took cash or check. I was shocked! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE....

Excellent physician with a very good knowledge and a great sense of humor.Highly recommended to everyone, who needs a GI physician.He also advised me to take Vit D that no other physicians of mine ever did so.

I have been treated by different physicians for my unexplained condition with no real improvement.Dr. Chris Bui has made the right diagnose only after the second seeing me in his office.He is simply the best.
