Dr. Christopher Gee Chow, MD

Dr. Chow is negligent with his patients and his office staff is extremely rude.

Wait times are always at least 1/2 hr in the waiting room, plus various wait times in the exam room. Can be as long as an hour in the lobby- needs to work on scheduling because it's too long and it ALWAYS happens. Figure 40 minutes in waiting room. Otherwise, great doc & staff!

My family and I moved to southern California over 2 years ago. Selecting a family doctor is not the easiest task. Being selective is important. So now for some constructive feedback. The foundation of a good doctor requires the ability to truly listen. Listening to a personâ??s health problems and concerns is something most doctors have forgotten how to do. Dr. Chow not only listens but he also tries to put himself in your position. His recommendations are things he would personally implement into his own life and body if he was going through your health problems. His knowledge of medicine and genuine desire to help you are by far the most impressive my wife and I have encountered. I also want to pay recognition to his staffâ?¦They are phenomenal. They are happy, excited to help you, and just like… Dr. Chow, they too are genuine about your well-being. Here is an example and proof of how much they care: I went in for my first visit, and after a very thorough visit with Dr. Chow, he recommended that I get a full blood work completed (He does this at his office by the way, not some random lab like other doctors). His staff scheduled me in for that week since I need to be fasting. Unfortunately I wasnâ??t feeling well and I didnâ??t go in for the blood work. The following week I went back with my wife for her appointment and the first thing I hear is, â??Hi Ron, you didnâ??t come in last week for your blood work we want to make sure Dr. Chow has everything he needs to help youâ??â?¦ long story short, his staff is awesome! We are lucky to have found Dr. Christopher G. Chow and we recommend him to everyone. My best friend and I had been looking for a very caring and passionate doctor for a very long. We spent much time doing online research, reading reviews and asking people we know for referrals. Dr. Chow has the most positive feedback from patients and now we know why. He is a very out-going, very well-informed, highly educated professional and a very kind person, not mentioning his good sense of humor. :) Unlike other doctors who spend 5-10 minutes with you, Dr. Chow asked many questions thoroughly finding out what the purpose of your visit was and trying hid ultimate best to help you in all your needs for well-being.
