I have had many illness’s and I’m sure I have been a challenge for him. He never gives up until he gets me fixed. If it is a condition that he thinks a specialist would be better he finds it for you. He always answers my questions and is extremely caring of his patients. Wilmington should be grateful for such a wonderful doctor.

Very good doctor. I have referred several people to him including many of my family members as well as close friends. My mother thought the sun rose and set with him.

Dr. Cosgrove is the best doctor I have ever had. He is thorough, caring, and highly trained. He even calls his patients when he has something to tell them. I recommend him without reservation!
