Its been a few years since allegations ruined his career, had a rough night and it made me think of my time as his patient. I came into his office on my last chance, ready to give up and end it all. Dr Cunningham saved my life. He helped me more than any medical professional, friend, or family member ever did. Helped me realize that despite so much of me being broken, there was still so much left to save. That I vilified myself for things that happened in my adolescence, that I wasn't what I accused myself of. He turned my life around, helped mend my broken psyche, and make me the man I am today. Than you Dr Cunningham, I was literally blessed to meet you, and I was to cowardly to say goodbye. I hope that you are still helping people, because honestly I wouldn't be alive if you hadn't helped me.
