This was my first time seeing Dr. Daley, he was very thorough and gave me a diagnosis within minutes. Good experience overall with staff also!!!

got in, got out very timely manner... everyone very pleasant & professional from arrival to departure... x-rays, steriod injection... going back in the near future to discuss options... HIGHLY recommend both Dr. Daley & Dr. Street as they are the ones i see now that Brazinski retired & Finney elsewhere...Each of those gentlemen top-notch in my opinion...

This was my second time to Dr. Daley and it was the same. The first time was a year ago and I did a poor survey and today was worse. He spends zero time with the patient. I drove 35 minutes and waited 45 minutes, paid $300 and then he was in my room 60 seconds. I was literally asking a question about my knee when he said “give me a second” and walked out of the room and never came back. Horrible bedside manner and I am waiting providers and possibly practices. I felt so disrespected that I was in tears when the woman came I. To schedule my MRI. She felt so terrible and was kind but said he was never coming back in. I asked if this was how he did surgery and she said that basically yes, he provides a pamphlet. So clearly he has trouble communicating with his patients. I called three times after leaving trying to get someone who cares at emerge ortho and the phone rang and rang at the valdese office and then hung up, and the other offices, there was no one else to transfer me to. Such a… shame when I have been a patient for 18 years. So so sad to be treated with disrespect and like cattle.

Wait time was acceptable. Staff is very pleasant. Dr Daley was attentive and gave me the information I was needing to go forward with healing my issue.

Excellent exam and review of concerns. Took time to listen to my history and then formulate a plan with me to move forward for carpal tunnel surgery.

Doctor Daley was my doctor when I broke my arm and I’m doing great. Now I’m getting ready for him to do a knee replacement.

I had seen Dr.Daley before about my knees.He asked about my shoulder and what I had been experiencing but he says my problem is not my shoulder but my neck. He reccommended that I try some more neck therapy and also he prescribed some meds In case my neck /shoulder is giving me a really had day. So in two weeks I am going to come back to see Dr. Robert Cope
