On time, straight to the point, got it done

I had seen Dr.Daley before about my knees.He asked about my shoulder and what I had been experiencing but he says my problem is not my shoulder but my neck. He reccommended that I try some more neck therapy and also he prescribed some meds In case my neck /shoulder is giving me a really had day. So in two weeks I am going to come back to see Dr. Robert Cope

Arrived 15 min before app. time and waited in waiting room for 40 minutes . Was taken to a room where I waited for another 45 min. He came in, looked at my leg and was trying to go out the door in less than 2 min. while I was asking questions. He did answer ONE of my questions as he was going out the door but did not ask if I had any more questions, which I did, Did not ask if I had any problems he needed to be aware of concerning my leg which he had done surgery on , which I did. Was in to big of a hurry to get out of the room and on to the next room. He needs to SLOW DOWN and take time with his patients instead of booking so many patients in one day that he has to run out of the room before answering questions.

I thought he was very rude, arrogant, didn't seem interested in my problem, irritated, and acted like he didn't have time for me. At this point , I was getting disgusted with his attitude. I did ask him if he was having a bad hair day and I didn't like his attitude. I I didn't know he made another appointment until I went to pay my bill. They discussed the appointment and I said no thank you I will never come back here again and I haven't returned. I always heard he was so nice and very professional in his field. I don't know what his problem was the day I saw him but certainly not a professional! I hope if you visit its a nicer visit than I had. Good Luck!

He fixed one of my dad's hips (with out a replacement). He also replaced my dad's other hip, and he's doing tricks now! This doctor goes the extra mile for his patients. I usually don't do this review stuff, but here I am typing something, because it's the least I can do.

Have recommended everyone I know with an orthopedic problem. No negative feed back.
