Dr. Christopher D Dingess, DO

Was referred to this doctor by an ER and when I called, explained I was hard of hearing. Asked receptionist if she would repeat her question, she hung up on me. Guess the doctor only wants perfect patients. Very sad and hurtful

I had recently suffered a severe dog bite on my hand. Dr Dingus was extremely understanding and highly knowledgeable. Listened to my situation and gave me the information to correct my hand issue. Dr Dingus is an outstanding Doctor and huge addition to the Keller staff. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dingus. I saw Doctor Dingus in the hall way months later and he still stopped me to ask how my hand was. I am so pleased I have even had my family switch to Dr. Dingus. Thanks Keller Medical for having such a professional as Dr Dingus.

I had to wait far to long after my appointment time. Dr. Dingess’s assistant Marissa harassed me by asking the same questions repeatedly after I answered them. It was as though she did not believe me. Dr. Dingess also asked unrelated questions as to my visit. He was not helpful and gave the impression that he just wanted to push me off onto a different healthcare provider. I found the entire experience a colossal waste of my time and money. It was a terrible experience and he should have additional training. I will have to find a different doctor, as I will never use your substandard facility or staff again. I have already voiced my displeasure with Dr. Dingess and Keller Family Medicine to friends and family. The person who recommended you has profusely apologized.
