Dr. Christopher Timothy Eixenberger, MD

Dr Eixenberger is an excellent and very professional doctor while engaging with a patient. He is very thorough and knows what he is doing. All-in-all, I was pleased with the care I received from him, the nurse, and technicians. The only downside was the blonde woman volunteer (beautiful hair by the way), who came into my room and sat there trying to have a conversation with me and I was lying in the bed trying to sleep while waiting between procedures, because I had no sleep the night before. I very nicely told her that I was sorry I did not feel like socializing and she made a sassy remark and didn't leave but started talking to my husband who was using his cell phone, but she still interrupted him. Neither one of us needed that. And to top it off, when they returned me to the room after an X-ray, she was in the room sitting on a stool talking to my husband. She was asking him personal information like how many times did he have to take me to ER, and then wanted to know what street we… lived on, wanting our address. I consider those personal questions. I was still feeling dizzy and not feeling well when she asked my husband how many times I came into ER; he couldn't remember and I didn't feel like discussing that with her, so I told her if she needed to know, I would ask the nurse to check on the computer. She looked me in the eye and very rudely answered: "I don't NEED to know." Then why was she asking? Who needs that when you are in ER? If you have problems that make you feel bad enough to go to ER, you don't need someone from outside asking personal questions or trying to chit-chat with you. She still would not leave until someone came to do another procedure. I didn't want to be totally rude and ask her to leave, but I suppose when someone can't take a hint, then that's what you should do. Other than the volunteer woman, I had a very medically-professional experience.,

Even though I walked onto the scene after hours of dancing, slightly inebriated with sweaty 80s hair adorned by tiny red roses, he ensured that I got the appropriate attention. He checked my vitals and did the appropriate referrals, but follow up I did not. Instead I walked out. Sometimes I regret not following up.

I was very displeased with the doctor and staff the night I was admitted into the emergency room. I was out into a room and literally left there for almost an hour before any vitals were taken. Dr didn't have any interest in my condition nor was anything done to make me feel comfortable while I was there. ER means emergency, not to pay for 6 hrs waiting for nothing to happen.

One of the WORST ER docters I've ever seen practice. Rude, disrespectful to me as a patient, but I also observed him to be horribly rude to the nurses. Unreal.
