I had a dental emergency. His staff had me come in the same day. I found the staff to be courteous, helpful, professional. The office was very clean & pleasant. I really liked Dr. Emma. He was very kind, compassionate & listened. Because my injuries were so extensive, he found me another specialist that could help me. I really appreciate how fast they saw me & how nice everyone in the office was. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs quality dental care. I'll go back once I get my emergency dental care done.

I was shocked to read review about "rip off" My husband and i have very limited insurance and Dr. Emma's office worked with us and did not try to pressure us regarding work that needed to be done. They never tried to sell me anything extra and were very low key about when i could go ahead with needed work since i only buy what i can afford. After all, this is a business and i believe should be letting patients know about products available. We have been using them since the office opened and have been extremely satisfied.

They will try to rip you off. I'm not saying that they don't do a good job, but you will pay severely for it. They ran x rays I didn't need, that I ended up paying for. Insisted on all this work and at ridiculous prices. My advice is to take a step back and examine if they are "helping" you, or trying to make money off you.

Dr. Emma is an awesome dentist!!!! The staff at the office is very personable and you don't feel like just another patient. The office is very clean. I have been using him as my dentist for years now and have no complaints. He is VERY gentle and has made me feel comfortable at every visit. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who is honest and does great work!!!!

Encore Dental & the staff have been amazing. I have never had such an wonderful experience at a dental office. I recommend them to everyone who wants honest & professional care. My experience was good from the 1st moment on the phone, to the last moment walking out the door. Best dentists ever!!!
