Dr. Fletcher was hands down the most caring therapist I ever had the opportunity to work with. I will always be grateful for his help. I was a patient in his practice in waterbury for several years. He is a kind, decent and truly patient person.

A highly competent therapist who lacks empathy. Dr. Fletcher served as my counselor for approximately one year in Waterbury, CT. He was insightful and responsive with a great memory. These attributes made him appear caring. I'm always hoping that someone will care. Unfortunately, Dr. Fletcher resigned from the Waterbury practice and left me with Dr. Michaela Kauffman. I'm sure he knew that she was ineffective and burned out. This was a major setback for me as I suffer from PTSD. Dr. Fletcher would do well to learn how to have empathy and really care for the well-being of his clients. People have significant problems these days and are much more than just puzzles or experiments. This experience left me with a sadness I cannot afford.
