Dr. Christopher R Glock

Anyone going to this doctor should be aware of the fact that he moved from Indiana to Texas to practice. If you look up Dr. Christopher Glock OR The Christian Hand Center (the office he owned and solely ran) on the Indiana MyCase website (Google "Indiana MyCase" and you will be taken to the free, public site), you will find malpractice cases as well as cases from ALL of his office staff about his insanely poor treatment of them. One man was awarded $2.3 million from the botched hand surgery Dr. Glock performed. This man was my mother's doctor. Luckily, I smelled a rat and she went to Indianapolis for her surgery. His office was not forthcoming with her records when we requested them for this. Now we know why. I would highly advise against this doctor as it is clear he has both personal and professional problems.

Both my husband and I have been seeing him for almost 10 years for various hand and shoulder related ailments. He has done carpal tunnel surgery on both of my husbands hands with wonderful results. Dr. Glock very knowledeable and explains everything about your condition, what your options are, what complications might occur and what you can expect during your recovery. We have been very satisfied with him and would recommend him to anyone!

I regret to inform u we are greatly disappointed in dr glock. He canceled evening appts. and Saturday appts therefore my husband had to miss work when hefinally decided a good time for him. Then after 4 appts we were charged for,and xrays...has a surgery date @ regional hospital scheduled,he cancels! My husband already turned in the paperwork for the surgery to his employer...and YES they have hired a new employee to take his place.SO NOW WHAT? You knew you were going to florida this winter as well as your board recertifications coming up in October....so your staff calls and tells us all that and cancels the surgery to the first of the year! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Being a disabled nurse myself....I will say...in my medical opinion of you....NOT HAPPY and NO I WOULD NEVER refer anyone to you. You have caused a lot of discord and inconvience as well as a lot of stress. NOT HAPPY!

Dr. Glock for being a surgeon is not cut happy like most surgeons, which I like. Both my husband and I have seen him, me for my hand and my husband for his shoulder. Dr.Glock was very thorough, listened to us, explained his diagnosis very well, laid out a game plan for our approval, asked for feedback and to make sure we understood. We were very satisfied with Dr. Glock and his nurses, although his front office staff can be a bit snippy at times. Excellent doctor, recommend his to anyone!

My 5yo daughter seen dr glock for a broken arm & he was amazing! My husband just got a piece of metal in his hand & in the e.r. we found out an orthopaedic dr was needed w/out a doubt we will be calling dr glock!We highly recommend dr glock & his staff!
