Dr Christopher Gordon's nurse lied about me when I called to reschedule a office visit. My mom took a bad fall and I was trying to take care of her, I called Dr Gordon to reschedule. I got his nurse. she refused to reschedule me. I was then discharged because the nurse put down that I refused to reschedule when it was HER. I Tried to talk to doctor Gordon. I wrote him letters, several of them explaining what happened and he completely ignored me. You would think he would be a better human being then that.

I went to see doctor Gordon, he is great, I like him and he does not get mad when a question is asked. The problem is, his nurse lied about something and I got discharged due to her lie and someone needs to fix this. I need to see my doctor. I had an appointment but my mom had a accident and I needed to take care of her so I called the day before to reschedule. The nurse said well its been months since you been in, I said yeah the scheduled time for me to come in. I just need to reschedule a few days. She would not reschedule me Told me to call the director and hung up. The she wrote down on my file that I refused to reschedule so its a big mess now. This needs to be fixed. ASAP
