Dr. Christopher Scott Grady, MD

After making a verbal arrangement to pay what we could once a month I had paid a total of $160 and the labs involved with a surgery. When I went for a check up it was exactly 30 days since our last payment. Our car was in the shop and I could not pay anything that day and got turned away. The hospital said it's against policy to turn a patient down for any reason for a post op check up even finances. Dr Grady also laughed at my blood work. Very rude staff and horrible experience. They seem to only care about money. Not caring for women.

I have been going to Dr. Grady for infertility treatment for almost 2 years and he has only done a physical check on me Once!! The treatment is not even working and He does not care at all!!! His team is the worst!!!! The office staff is the rudest I’ve ever encountered in my life! The nurses do not care one bit about the patients. To refill my prescription that was incorrectly submitted by the nurse I had to call 5 times during the week, waited about 30 mins to get someone on the phone then finally after someone answered they transferred me to someone’s voicemail!!! It has just been the worst experience!! The insurance companies should not pay the amount of money these people ask for their terrible service to the patients!!

Dr Grady is by far the best Dr I have been to!

My biggest complaint about him and the other office doctors is they don't seem to care or understand . The office manager is HORRIBLE. A trained monkey could do a better job. She had my FMLA so messed up that it still wasn't straightened out before I gave birth. I'm very thankful this is my last child because this office left a very bad taste in my mouth when it comes to doctor's offices.

I was referred to him through my primary care doctor. I had my first appointment with him today. He is very personable, but very much in a hurry. Didn't listen to my concerns. Didn't take the time to see the whole picture of my medical issues (pelvic pains/fibroids/fatigue etc) Pushed hysterectomy and stated he didn't see the sense in running any tests unless I was going to have surgery. Despite the fact that he stated the ultrasound results another place conducted was inconclusive as to whether I had fibroids or not.I would not recommend him to someone who is not pregnant. I am not qualified to critique him as an obstetrician since I have not seen him under those circumstances.
