Dr. Christopher J. Hartnick

We had an appointment for my 2 year old daughter with Dr Hartnick due to breathing issues. We had to wait for *3 hours* with no explanation. Any moms out there will know how hard it is as you run out of food, diapers, and nap time. 3 hours is way too long to make a toddler patient wait! This is not even the worst part. Dr Hartnick was rude to us as my daughter at that point was cranky. He said if the wait was too long he will cancel the appointment and we can rebook, for which the wait would have been another 6 weeks. Instead of offering a simple apology for the wait and giving us service, he basically threatened us with 'if you don't like it go elsewhere'. After waiting for 3 hours and not getting seen, we were then billed for the appointment. We will be not only sharing our review . in every platform, but also pursue other means through our insurance company, which already has other complaints about this doctor on file.

Dr. Hartnick is the best there is. He saved my baby. He's compassionate and does not sugar coat anything. Words can't describe how grateful I am for Dr. Hartnick. He will forever be in my prayers.

If you can afford to wait, Dr Hartnick is worth it. He's no nonsense while still compassionate. He listens to concerns and lays out several options with prognosis for each option.

We've had quite a lot of experience with ENTs & I have found his approach refeshing, thoughtful and comprehensive. He, his clinic colleagues and staff have my highest recommendation.
