Dr. Hess was excellent. Professional and supportive.

Dr. Hess was efficient but also came across as caring.

My appointment was rushed, and he made me feel as though I was interrupting his day. His staff was very pleasant.

Dr. Hess made me feel comfortable talking to him about my shoulder and disc. He has an excellent bedside manner. You don’t find that these days. If I do end up having surgery on my disc. I’m glad that he will be my surgeon. He fixes the problem instead of masking it with meds. The whole office team is wonderful. Thank you for listening and reassuring me that you will get to the bottom of my pain.

Was sceptical after reading the reviews however I was very pleased with the service he and his staff provided.. Gets the job done! Would definitely recommend him to others..

This dr is a joke don't care about his patients

Dr. Hess is very prompt, accurate and a bit introverted. Some may take that as dismissive but he's honestly a fantastic Dr who's kept me off PK for several years now through injections. He's not chatty, but does take thorough time with you at appts and like I said, very thorough wanting the best response for his patients. Just don't expect a lot of chit chat. Other than his schedule for outpatient injections being scheduled several weeks out, it's understandable because he's a great pain specialist. Supply/Demand logic. I've recommended him to at least 5 others seeking PM control.

Short, curt and seems like he is in a big hurry. Has no bedside manner. When asked for a follow up phone call after reading his notes on my visit, it was obvious he didn't want to talk to me. Said I was combative because I questioned his notes. Was almost yelling at me. This guy is defensive and arrogant. Avoid him.
