Dr. Christopher Scott Highfill, MD

This physician was disinterested at best. He laughed at me for not knowing medical information. He did not give me clear understanding of what was going on with me and seemed in a hurry to get me out the door. I did not feel heard or validated. He did not seem concerned about my pain in anyway. Would not recommend

Avoid at all costs! He is indifferent, doesn't listen, rushes you along and offered no solutions. You'll walk away with a printed piece of paper full of the same things you can easily find on Google. Complete and total waste of time.

Dr. Highfill is the reason people hate going to doctors. He was rude, arrogant, and didn't listen to what I had to say. He had nothing useful to suggest and I'm now left with the same pain I had and no treatment options. Don't waste your time like I did.

Did a great job of surgery on my ankle and leg. I would go back to Dr Highfill if needed. Very concerned for his patients.

Although Dr. Highfill is very personable, I was very disappointed in him as a surgeon. I felt that he was in a hurry to get through almost all of my post-op visits, and he seemed impatient with my questions. Most troubling, not only did he not refer me to a physical therapist as soon after my wrist surgery as possible, but well over a month after the surgery, he told me that I did not need to see a physical therapist at all! I went to see one anyway. When my PT had questions about how much range of motion I could be expected to recover, I left a very explicit request with Dr. Highfill's receptionist asking him to call her. He never did. When I told him that upset me, he did not apologize.

I love Dr Highfill. He knows exactly what to do. Very knowledgeable and is able to communicate the information in a very understandable way. He knows all the options and let's you make the choice. I will eventually need surgery. But I'm not ready yet. He had done all the appropriate procedures to keep me comfortable until I am ready to make the choice of surgery

Take my advice don't even think to go there if u don't belive me go on Google and read more about this guy he shouldn't be a dr

Great experience. Thorough exam, accurate diagnosis. He did not follow-up, but told me when and under what conditions to come back and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I did not see any reason for him to follow-up.

He barely took any time with me and didn't listen to my concerns. He told me that my condition (which did not show up until after a car accident) had been there for a long time and I was just now noticing it. Seems very presumptuous for him to say that to me on my first ever visit to see him, how would he know? He is the worst doctor ever. Don't waste your time or money going here.
