Dr. Christopher Cullen Johnson, MD

Less than 48 hours following an emergency ovarian removal and less then 24 hours from hospital discharge, pain was uncontrollable. Dr Johnson was very callous when contacted by on call and stated “nothing to do on a Sunday, you just need to go back to the ER”. Stated that all day Thursday and Friday were spent in the ER prior finally having surgery late Friday night, could I come to the office first thing in the morning? The response was “just sounds like you need to go to the ER”. Extremely disappointed as he seemed fairly nice following the surgery and hoped I would keep him as my OB, that will not be the case.

No regard for patient’s wishes for labor and delivery rather operates on his own agenda. Labored naturally until 8 cm dilated only to end up in a non-necessary c-section due to his sloppy work, missing crucial details and rushing to leave for vacation. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. I will never forget this horrifying delivery because of him. He also has no empathy or regards for traumatic events.

I was a patient of Dr. Johnson's when he was in Fond du lac, WI and I was extremely impressed with his bedside manner and his professionalism. I had a number of problems with my pregnancy and he was ALWAYS there to answer any questions/concerns. I was extremely upset when I heard he left and moved back to Iowa...you ladies are lucky to have him there. He's wonderful and so passionate about what he does.
