Dr. Christopher Robert Koltz, MD

Let me start out by saying all these reviews are NOT a good description of what kind of doctor he is, so disregard these previous comments. He sees me and my entire family and has been for a long time and we all talk about how great of a doctor he has been to all of us. I have faith in him and his ability to properly care for his patients in the best and most appropriate way he can while trying to please us. He does not push meds and he is not going to give you something just because you demand it. He wants the best for his patients and sometimes that requires him to give you the best plan of care that may not include what you wanted. Just remember they go to school for a reason, they know what they are doing and most people do not realize this . Compassionate, caring, and thoughtful are three words to describe him and his staff. Go see him! I went through the worst year of my life and he was right there every step of the way and even told his staff that I could come in whenever I… needed to see him.

contrary to what some have reported, I have always received excellent service. The wait time is short and the staff is very friendly and well organized. Dr. Koltz is very thorough and caring. The office does a great job with calling in prescriptions and providing referals. I have referred Dr. Koltz to several friends and family members who have also had good experiences.

DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. OVER LOOKS PROBLEMS.

You can never get them on the phone We were running 15 minutes late for my 85 year old moms appointment . She has dementia and trouble walking so despite our best efforts to be on time we were late. They refused to see us telling us he was swamped. There wasn’t a soul in the office except a lost patient. The doctor wouldn’t even come out and talk to us. The girl behind the desk constantly rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath. No one doing a thing but they were too busy to see her. We called another doctor who suggested an urgent care. But I work in a way busier office and we would never turn a patient away for being 15 minutes late. Won’t be back. They lost three patients today

he is an arrogant,inconsiderate and a very un- prepared physician.he isn't very practical and not a good listner.unable to treat a very evident condition whether it is pain,itching and the like.tends to prescribe the wrong medication and hides behind his office staff.adamantly won't ever come to the the telephone.will only speak with you by making an appointment.$$$$$

He is not at all caring or compassionate. Koltz is very arrogant and full of himself. He never provides prescriptions for illnesses or ailments. Koltz is a doctor I strongly recommend that you avoid.

Dr. Koltz is condescending and unable to appropriately care for a patient with complex health issues. He continuously asks what it is the patient requires yet does not take action. He has never provided pain medication or a referral to an appropriate pain center despite it being requested several times. His affect is flat and his demeanor uncaring. He has no concept of Chronic Illnesses, asking at each appointment "What is it you do all day?". Eventually he'll be a patient himself and I hope he receives better care than he provided me.
