My experience was very refreshing in different aspects. As a patient, it is conforting to have a physician taking the time to hear and understand the patient and adapt the visit to the his or her needs. As person, it is relaxing to know what is the exact cost of a service. In the current world, where the health bills could be so different depending on having or not insurance, going to the doctor can become a frustrating and even scary experience. It is good to know what to expect from the financial stand point. As a physician that refuses to comform to the world, it is exciting to see thast I am not the only one out there that still has the passion for the job of caring for others, and the respect and honor to the human that seeks help, answers, and ultimatelly, love from the doctor. I know that the Lord will bless and prosper this practice.

As always, my experience with Dr. Lacroix was positive in all respects. No waiting, pleasant and competent staff, and full time available with the doctor. He listened to my questions and responded in a professional and courteous fashion.

Dr. Lacroix and his staff are genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. I have been treated for multiple issues including chest pains, dehydration and a heart ailment. The major benefits of a concierge practice allow you as the patient to have 24hr/7 day access to the Dr for any questions and concerns. There is never a wait at the office for appointments. And, the low monthly fee is very affordable. I have always felt welcome and like family during my office visits.

Had a strange lump on my arm. Dr LaCroix cut it out and sent it to the lab.

I had some issues and Dr. Lacroix is in the process of determining the best solution for my personal well being, not only as a patient, but as a person as well. I have received the best care I have ever had. I would recommend Viva Med to anyone who wants QUALITY care.

The office staff is pleasant to work with and they get you back quickly with not much wait time for the Dr. Very pleasant atmosphere,and they meet my medical need

Could not ask for anything better. The provider was concerned that I received the time I needed to address all my concerns. I was very happy with my visit, but the provider and the time he took with me.

As always, Dr. LaCroix does a great job getting you in on the same day if needed! He is prompt to see you on your arrival, his staff if great, both him and his assistant Theresa are very professional! I couldn't even imagine even seeing another Doctor for my Primary Care!

Dr. Lacroix has been my personal physician since 2010. I have never had a Dr. that was willing to spend as much time as necessary with his patients. He is thorough and willing to listen to your concerns. Joining Viva Med Concierge Care was the easiest decision I've had to make in a long time.
