Dr. Christopher Timothy Lang, MD

I truly believe, that if not for Dr. Lang my son would not be here today. We had discordant twins, Dr. Lang exhausted every effort to figure out why. Performed every test, called me several times (personally, not his nurse) In the end, it just was the place that Baby A and Baby B were in the Placenta that made the difference. Baby B was born 1lb. 12 0z, Baby A 3lb. 4 oz. I will never forget a conversation with Dr. Lang, he said, “Baby A is just going to have to take one for the team! “. He knew exactly the right time that they needed to be born for the viability of them both. No greater words could have been spoken, Baby A and B are perfectly fine. Almost 5 years old and thriving! Thank You, Dr. Lang!

Dr Lang took his time and took very good care of me. Dr Lang also make sure that my baby had the best care. When he saw that she was in need and needed to be taken out he made sure it happened. He also took his time to run out the check and see if my baby was okay and to see how me and my husband were doing. I am very happy that I had such a cautious and caring and worrisome doctor that help me through this my baby is it okay thanks to him. I think God for doctors like dr. Lang.

The best OB experience I've ever had. Very kind & warm while super knowledgable & professional. I felt very SAFE under his care. Called me personally (not an assistant) the day after my procedure to check on me. Encourages questions, & answers them thoroughly! Exhibits genuine concern for his patients. I see him for my high risk pregnancy issues; referred by my OB office. I really don't like my regular OB office. I see a different practitioner every time, I'm definitely another number there in their cattle herding practice. However, if I get pregnant again I will be going back to them for the sole reason of being under Dr Lang's high risk care. My hubby equally appreciates him for all the same reasons. We are eternally grateful for his care and ultimately saving our baby's life.

Dr. Lang is an incredible doctor. I felt that he truly cared for me and my baby and would do anything he could to make sure my pregnancy and delivery went smoothly. Every time I had to go in to see him I knew my baby and myself were in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Lang was my high risk doctor for both of my pregnancies. When I heard I had to be seen by maternal fetal medicine my heart sank & I immediately began to worry. I can honestly say that Dr Lang & his staff did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable, informed about my pregnancy, and confident that I was in the best care possible. Dr Lang always went above and beyond...he took the time to explain to us anything/everything he saw and always answered our questions, he would sit bedside with my husband and I and walk us through what options we had and why he was recommending certain protocols/procedures, he spent hours with us on the phone when we would call, and most importantly he made himself available when we needed him. My journey hasn't been easy but I will say that Dr Lang was a huge part of getting me through it. We have built relationships with not only him but his staff as well...so much so that we still visit and they welcome us with open arms. You're not… just another patient to them they truly get to know you and make you feel special. It's difficult to be considered high risk but it was a privilege to be one of his patients.

My wife has been a patient of Dr Lang's over the past two years so I write this review as a husband/father who couldn't be more appreciative and thankful that we were fortunate enough to have Dr Lang as our doctor. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgable, candid and sincere. With over 20 visits with him, I can honestly say he is one of the best doctors I've ever come in contact with in any field. High risk Maternal Fetal Medicine is not a field for the faint of heart as every day he must face very demanding circumstances so the amount of respect our family has for Dr Lang is extraordinary. Dr Lang even went above and beyond a few times in our situation to help us feel comfortable with calling us while he was on vacation or seeing us on his day off. I simply can't write enough good things about this man. I would recommend him to anyone with zero hesitation as you will be in great hands with Dr Lang.

I saw Dr. Lang as a high risk obstetrics patient. He was wonderful! I was really nervous about my pregnancy and had several risk factors. I saw him throughout my pregnancy and he was always so kind and reassuring. He took the time to answer questions and I never felt rushed. I had complete confidence in his decisions and really felt like my baby and I were in great hands. He is extremely smart. I would highly recommend him to any woman who wants great care for herself and her baby during pregnancy.

Dr. Lang help me to save my daughter's life although she still was born premature ( 27w5d). Before her I had one miscarriage and one stillborn(22w6d). I can't thank enough to him.

Was referred by my doctor for high risk ultrasound. I felt demeaned during my visit. I told my doctor never refer me to them again!

I was referred by my doctor for a high risk consult to Dr Lang at Mt Carmel. First of all it took one hour to see him. After waiting an eternity, he finally saw us and started to preach to us about our pregnancy and what we should do. He was very rushed and rude. I would never recommend Mt. Carmel and him to anyone.
