Plus: If you are the right patient he seems to be technically skilled. Negative: If you aren't a candidate for surgery he spends the appointment telling you why you aren't without ever examining you, without asking any questions. Once he has done his spiel he can't get out of the room quick enough. He comes off as arrogant, dismissive, uncaring and not well prepared for the appointment. It is clear that he has made his decision before he enters the room and the patient is essentially irrelevant. Not a good experience

This md has it all. Genuine interest inhis patients; excellent surgical skillsand dx abilities; followup is extremelythought out. I'm a long-term BSN andi'm not often impressed with a lot ofsurgeons/mds. I would recommend anyonesee this man who has a cardiovascularproblem possibly requiring surgery. He was a real fid.

Another Doctor was going to amputate my leg. Dr. Longo was able to do a complicated bypass procedure to save it and now i am walking.
