What more can I say? Dr. Mahr did an amazing job with my joint issues. He repaired my torn meniscus and also did a hip replacement on me. He is AMAZING..... Always takes time and listens to everything your dealing with. I am in need of a knee replacement and will DEFINITELY be going back to Dr. Mahr. I have never had any issues or problems after my surgeries. He is DEFINITELY THE BEST DOCTOR ?? ??

I never been to a Dr office that was so professional and on time, every time. Had successful rotator cuff surgery and did 120% of my therapy and home exercise (if I don't work I do not get paid) and was able to return to light duty work in 3 months. 6 months later I'm back to normal with no pain.

I saw Dr. Mahr yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased! I was there for some cortisone shots, and everything about the whole experience was hassle free.

I was seen by Dr. Mahr for my orthopaedic ailment. I had many referrals from friends and family who frequent this office so I made an appointment. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I called the office to make an appointment and the office staff was polite and promptly gave my an appointment. Upon my visit, the office was beautiful and clean, something I look for in a healthcare office. The front desk staff greeted me with a SMILE! Something I do not see very often in offices anymore. Dr. Mahr saw me soon after I was placed in a room. He gave me his undivided attention and thoroughly explained my treatment options in detail. I barely had any questions because everything was answered. The clinic staff in back explained my instructions and made sure I left the office with peace of mind. Dr. Mahr and his staff made a painful injury, a pleasant experience. I will refer anyone that needs an orthopedic to this office.

Felt very rushed. Not a good explanation of what was wrong Will go somewhere else for opinion.

He seems nice, the reception is sometimes nice. But there is something fishy, appointments are scheduled in groups. or you have to schedule a 2nd within a 2-3 week period. Why do i need to have a visit before and after a routine lab? My new doc does not do this, my docs in other cities did not do this. One has to question if it is really in the paitient best interest, or superfluous. Talking to friends/coworkers it seems common at all of Colonial. I went there because it was easy to get a first appointment when i moved to the area, should have asked locals for recommendations 1st. live and learn i guess.

Doctor Mahr is a excellent doctor I broke my ankle very bad he did surgery on it putting a rod and some pins in it. He was very compassionate and knowledgeable he explained everything to me. A few years later I had to have 2 of the pins taken out I went right back to doctor Mahr he did the surgery and I sm fine. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I've had my share of sport injuries, and when I told him I would like to get an MRI to see what the issue is he told me that no bone is broken and I'll be alright. 5 months later it's not alright, and now he wants me to take another day off work just so I can come into the office, wait there for half hour, see him for 5 minutes so he can order the MRI he should have ordered 5 months ago. Very unamused.
