Dr. Christopher Malsch, DO

I switched to Dr. Malsch after taking my dad to see him for years. Now my son's have all switched to him as well. Malsch is professional, personable, and doesn't miss a thing when it comes to our families care. His early recommendations have allowed me to catch minor issues before they became major ones. I would recommend him for anyone.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Malach. In a matter of minutes I felt extremely comfortable with his bedside manner and medical knowledge. It was an excellent choice and I would highly recommend.

Absolute zero for patient care since it is 100% impossible to ever speak with a human. No one EVER answers their phone. Supposedly, they return phone calls within the hour - 3 messages - 0 return calls. How they have glowing reviews is a complete mystery. Since they do not ever speak with any patients, allow appointments to be made. How they remain a doctor affiliated with Aetna I will never understand, however my numerous never returned phone calls are being forwarded to them for review and hopefully they will drp the practice from their offerings.

Great Doctor, so-so office space and organization, sometimes hard to reach via telephone.

Dr Malsch is superb what can I say. The whole practice and people to help you have been superb through out, always willing to accommodate you. Have been with Dr Malsch for the last 22 years.

Doctor is truly caring and wonderful person. Unfortunately getting through to this office and timely responses-referrals etc from a clerical standpoint is horrible

Dr. Malsch was a caring and personable doctor. He got me through detox and always had a plan for me, whether it was for weightless or migraines . We had nice and long visits and met on a monthly basis as I was going through detox. The only problem with the office is that they never answer their phones or return your messages. Sometimes they wouldn't call in a script. I have a lot of medical problems and I am handicapped. The other day I had to wait over an hour at Phoenixville Hospital for the script to get my ultrasound done. I also had problems getting the correct script for my diagnostic mammogram. I called the other day to see when my next appointment was and they told me that I have been dropped as a patient because I called to many times. If they answered their phone, I wouldn't had to keep calling. I was totally devastated when I received the news, especially after all the nice office visits we had. I do not recommend… seeing Dr. Malsch and his staff.
