Dr. Christopher K Manning, MD

I was being “treated” by his PA for 3 years. I met with him twice and founded him to be incredibly cold and abrasive. I was being treated with plaquenil which is not controlled or anything heavy. I needed to reschedule one appointment and he called screaming at me. I really wish I recorded that. I continued with his PA for some time until I called for an appointment and was told that she had left! I hadn’t seen her in 4 months, received no phone call or letter that she would be leaving. I was left stranded without a doctor, without a way to get this medication or the referral to Yale she promised me. A few months later I asked for a letter for something to be updated abs was provided that. I also requested my records. They denied they wrote the letter and consequently lost my dentist. It is 8 months later and I have yet to receive my records. I’ve called several times and there is always some excuse as to why I can’t have them! What kind of practice is this?? Anyone with any self Iove… or dignity needs to steer clear of this practice.

Office staff don’t show any respect for people coming into their office! Would never recommend this office to my friends or family. Office staff needs to improve their attitude, customer service and especially organization!

I have been seeing dr. Christopher Manning for almost 14 years since we moved here from California he's an amazing doctor very loving very caring. They don't make doctor's like him anymore sadly.

Called to let staff know we could be 5 minutes late due to major highway closure. Called 45 minutes before appointment and left multiple voice mail messages. Showed up 6 minutes late. Doors locked and lights off. Unbelievable and so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wife beginning to question if she should stay, Dr Manning is amazing but staff and APRN don’t know anything about customer service!!!!

Its a shame that this Dr doesnt know how rude some of his office staff is to his patients. Office staff has ruined my experience with this Dr.

I've been having infusions at Dr. Manning's office for over five years. The nurses are great, but the office has made numerous mistakes this year submitting my insurance claims. I've spent hours trying to resolve various issues. With so many infusion centers around, this office isn't worth the aggravation.

Dr. Manning is a good doctor and a very caring, compassionate man. I had seen 3 other rheumatologists before I found him. He's the best in my book. When I retire down south I will miss him greatly.

Dr. Manning has helped me more than any other physician I've visited over the years. Not only is he good at what he does, but he also cares!

Dr. Spends a great amount of time with you exploring your issue and you do not feel rushed at all . Really helped me with my fibromyalgia issue .

The best Doctor I have ever seen . I have been with him close to 20 years. He truly cares about each of his patients. We are all patients with extreme pain in our daily lives, and he is there for us 120%!
