Dr. Christopher George Marshall, MD

Quite possibly the worst doctor I have ever seen. I’m new to VA & need a new PCP, found this doctor online. Went to him with a handful of issues that needed to be discussed, some of which I would consider rather serious. I left there with his advice to meditate. He showed me an app on his phone & told me all I need to do is meditate. Ridiculous. He seemed rushed, annoyed that I had numerous questions, and just impolite. I do not recommend this doctor nor will I ever be going back to him or this practice he works for.

Hmm, this was the weirdest doctor I have ever seen! He talks like a robot; barely asks any direct question(s), ignore your chief complaint and goes on talking and suggesting things I did not go there for, and were not my concern at all!! Refused to do a simple procedure (usually done by one of the nurses, not the doctor!) - which I have had for the past 15 years everywhere else, during my physical exam - and he said he did not have the time, and he needed to fill out insurance forms for that! What??! What a waste: his physical was sloppy. A nurse would have done a better job! He suggested and pushed random medication I did not ask for or needed (Hmm, that is why he gets 5 stars, I guess!!) He picked two subjects - which I was not complaining about and did not go there to talk about it, and went on and on - without even asking me if I had any questions about it. When I told him, I was fine with those subjects and it was all under control - he apologizes and said he might have… misunderstood... Hmm, misunderstood what? I could barely say anything. He went on on his own! Have never seen any doctor like that. I think he skipped all the ethics classes! He also has an MBA degree - and he talks more like a salesman! Sorry, wished I had better things to say!

Dr. Marshall took the time to explain the effect of my injury and the reason for recurring symptoms. He recommended a referral for further diagnostic analysis.

Administrative and clinical staff courteous and professional. Dr Marshall is an excellent physician who prescribes care that is appropriate for your clinical issues.

Dr. Marshall is always pleasant, very informative and takes the time to listen, process, and explain what my health issues may be,. He explains the issue and the options in easy terms to understand. I have never felt rushed or just a number.

I recently had a emergent appointment with my primary care physician, Christopher Marshall, MD. I called and was able to be seen within an hour of my phone call. Before we finished with my initial complaint, doctor asked my if there was anything else we needed to deal with. He made sure I had enough refills on my current medications. He never made me feel rushed. He has a great bedside manner and even teased me a little, making me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Marshall is an excellent doctor who listens to his patients and recommends the best course of action for any specific illness.
