No complaints at all. Dr. Maxwell's explanation of the procedure, possible complications etc. was quite thorough. I was called the next day to check on me, which was appreciated.

Dr. Maxwell and all of his staff were great. Dr. Maxwell took time to discuss my symptoms with me. He even returned my phone call when I had more questions.

I liked Dr. Maxwell as a person. Was trying to give me a diagnosis. Never quite got one though, and schedulin is a nightmare with his office. Office staff is unsympathetic with ill patients. Had a terrible experience in all with his office. Would not recommend going to them.

Great doc. Health issues tend to be awkward for me but this wasn't at all. Doc explained the possibilities of the potential issues and possible treatments.

Dr. Maxwell was very thorough and the results of this procedure were amazing. I felt better the minute I woke up from the anesthesia. I highly recommend him, his staff, and this procedure.

Dr. Maxwell spent a lot of time with me to get to know me and not just my symptoms. I felt he was interested in my overall well being. While we talked he entered pertinent information into my electronic file so he could provide me with useful notes to take home. The staff were kind and personable, too. Great facility, easy to get to (St. Mark's location). Overall, excellent experience!
