Dr. Christopher Michael Pace, MD

Dr Pace was great however the office staff, call center, and MA/nurse do not ever return calls. We have been waiting for results for 5-6 wk’s. and have tried to call numerous times for results since we have not one person reach out to him. We have called the office manager now once a week for four weeks and no response. Sadly a doctor can be great but it’s the office staff and other healthcare staff within a practice that can drive future/existing customers away.

I’ve been a with Dr. Pace for over 14 years. The staff is always kind and my treatment is great . He explain s every thing I need to know . Great Doctor.

Just had some kidney stones removed, and while I had no reservations about the procedure and/or Dr. Pace's abilities, I will say everything went better than expected. In fact I told my wife I felt like I was the president... the office was well prepared for my arrival, I was prepped and informed related to all the goings on within a matter of minutes. I was able to meet everyone who would be involved in the procedure, and I just have to say the staff was more than impressive. I really can't say enough great things about this office, Dr. Pace and his kindness along w/ his staff and their genuine concern for my well-being.

THE OVERALL PROCESS WAS VERY GOOD NO PAIN FOLLOWING THE OPERATION.THE DOCTOR IS VERY GOOD IN COMMUNICATING WITH PATIENT.

I came to Dr. Pace with concerns/worries about my issue. I left with an understanding of what needed to be done and the assurance that I was in the best of hands. I got the procedure, got caring follow-up...and life is good. It doesn't get any better than that.
