Summary
Dr. Chris Patton received his Bachelor's degree from New College of the University of South Florida and his Medical Degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in 1994. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. After completing pediatrics he spent an extra year of training in dermatology at Vanderbilt University. Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Patton also holds certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Tennessee Pediatrics Society and Tennessee Medical Association. He has been the recipient of the prestigious Robert C. Boerth Award, David Karzon Award and the Excellence in Student Teaching Award in pediatrics. A native of Nashville, he is married and has three children. Dr. Patton enjoys swimming, hiking and mountain biking.
