We've been going to see Dr. Peterson and the other doctors for a long time. The doctors are all extremely nice and we never had any problem with them. The nurses who return calls regarding health questions are friendly and informative. The staff needs to lighten up and be more friendly when you visit. Teresa, who often takes our info when we arrive wasn't very friendly (and I was very nice to her) and didn't even say thank you when I was done and had paid the co-pay....so I didn't say thank you to her. (That should change her attitude-ha ha)

I love Dr. Peterson. My boys love him and that makes it easy to get them to go to their Doctor appointments. He makes them feel at ease in scary or awkward moments. I appreciate him for that. It's difficult to get appointments made for physicals and the shut down of the office from 12:30-1:30 every day is a bit inconvenient.

Do not like office staff. You are just a number, not a patient when it comes to policies and office staff. Doctors are nice.

He thinks he is a comdien and kept telling me there wass nothing wrong with my son wwho had actually had a serious condition hee was not the only doctor in that practice to do that we now have a ped who llistens and actually cares and we ddont feel like im bothering him all the docs in that practice need to learn to listen to there patients i really amso mad that they delayed my sons treatment cause they couldnt be bothered to listen

I love Londonderry Peds!!! My son has been a patient there for 7 years and we have had nothing but great experiences. I get phone calls back in a timely manner and Dr. Peterson is super sweet. He makes us laugh and my son is very comfortable with him. We have also seen other doctors there as well and they were very nice. We love Londonderry Peds!!!! Keep up the great work! :)
