Dr. Christopher J Quilligan, MD

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Quilligans for treatment of vertigo. He has helped me tremendously. His staff is amazing and has always helped me whenever I've been having a rough time with my vertigo, whether its advice on how to tame dizzy spells to getting me in right away to see the doctor. I understand that being a specialist they can be very booked with appointments, and at times i have seen that waiting room packed with patients but it is worth the wait. The doctor has a a professional and friendly bedside manor and his staff as well. Not only has Dr. Quilligan help treat my vertigo he has also educated me on this disease. With this i physically and mentally feel that Dr. Quilligan and his staff deserve a great review. For future patients out there don't let the parking reflect on how the doctor and and the staff are. It seems to be a constant complaint i hear from patients whenever I'm in the office to see Dr. Quilligan. I feel your health and well being is more… important than where and how much you have to pay for parking.

I was not happy with this office at all. First of all, they do NOT validate parking. The receptionist was not very nice about it either. She told me to go to the coffee shop and buy something, and they will validate for me. Secondly, apparently you MUST sign the arbitration form agreeing to give up your rights in order to even see the doctor. If you do not agree to giving up your rights, then you are out of luck. You can't see the doctor. So after waiting for about 40 minutes, the receptionist called me up to tell me I had to sign the arbitration form. Since I did not agree to it, I did not get to see the doctor. Again, the receptionist was not too nice. I drove for 45 minutes to get to the office, waited for 40 minutes, and did not see the doctor. Then I had to PAY for parking. I will not go back here.

Dr. Quilligan removed sutures on the bridge of my nose after I went to St. Jude's emergency. He took the time to access my records at St. Jude and review my X-rays with me on his laptop. I was so impressed how gentle he was removing my stitches. I could hardly feel it. He also checked out my neck, ears and throat, and gave me clear followup directions so I don't scar. He appears very knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Quilligan has a great beside manner and I highly recommend him. I was there 15 minutes early to fill out forms and it seemed to go by so fast. The waiting room was full and I was surprised to be called in exactly at the time of my appointment. He came in about three minutes later.

Dr. Quilligan was very thorough, efficient, and very personable during my visit. He concluded a diagnosis very quickly and I greatly appreciated his time invested into the exams he performed. Wonderful doctor and I would definitely recommend him!!

More interested in entering info in his oomputer than listening to me. Very poor "bedside manner". Didn't really listen to me.Will not return.

I have sinus problems. Dr. Quilligan is very detailed. He takes the time to discuss the issues and explain the options. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an otolaryngologist. Regarding the cost: It seems reasonable compared to other similar practices but the bottom line is that your health is more important than money.

Im an adult and struggle with a pesky ear infection and off and on sinus infections. I find Dr. Qs approach to be very analytical, detailed, and realistic. His presentation was terrific and use of technology to help explain the problem and treatment was outstanding very impressive considering most Docs do not take the time to learn how to use technology to benefit their patients. He is a busy guy so it took a bit of doing to get an appointment, but his spot on advice was well worth my time (and the 40 minute drive to his office).

My daughter has breathing trouble, stuffy head, etc., so we scheduled a visit with Dr. Quilligans office. After waiting more than an hour to be seen, we got in to see the doctor. The doctor prescribed some sprays, which he was nice enough to provide some samples of. The sprays seemed to work. My problem was that a 10 minute evaluation cost us $240. The original bill to the insurance company was $300, but since they weren't going to be able to finagle the full fee from the insurance company (they didn't cover the visit), so they reduced the bill by $60. If you do the math, ($240 x 6) means that Dr. Quilligan is still making about $1,440 per hour. That's highway robbery in my opinion. We didn't follow-up, since we're not rich, so I don't know enough about the doctors' skills to have done a complete evaluation.
