Dr. Tam Minh Bui, MD

Had appointment on New Year Eve afternoon for my kid. Came to office at 2 pm and it was closed so I called the phone number a few times every 5-10 minutes and kept getting message that they are at lunch at would reopen at 2 pm. Then after almost an hour later the message changed to “we are now closed...” Not just me and my kid got stood up but there were other people waiting also. No phone message nor even a front door note posted

I have nightmares for being examined by this Dr he has a drawer full of unsterile equipment & on my first visit he used it to examine my nose and he used another one to examine my mouth & after using it I couldn't believe my eyes when he put it back on the same drawer..immediately after my visit to his office I had skin irritation on my nose. I returned to his office to get my sinus XRay results and to discuss treatment options he wanted to examine me again with his unsterile instruments and I refused and explained to him that I had skin irritation because of it and he simply said well then I don't have to look and told me that my XRay is normal and that I don't have any problems and he recommended me to see a neurologist I went on explaining to him that I have sinus pressure headaches and sneezing and he still insisted that I have a neurological problem as if I'm crazy I wish there was a Zero star option!!!

I have been referred by my insurance to Dr. Bui twice in two years. Each time I come the wait time is over an hour, even though I have an appointment and was on time. When Dr. Bui does finally see you, he insists that nothing is wrong. Even though, you can visibly see there is an issue and my ear is bleeding. His office staff is horrible also, unless you are Vietnamese. I would rather my ear continue to bleed than ever go to this Doctor again!!

I have ct scan for sinus with infection. HE look at it then send me home Without follow up after 3 days I have to see another doctor At his office with the sign " I reversed the right to refuse service to anyone"

you have to ask for what procedure or treatment that you have to pay. I got charged for ear wax remover. This is not make sense to me because I can do it at home. They don't explain or don't know about it. They just tell you that the manager is not here today. This is not a professional and very bad service

I went in for a second opinion for my 5 year old daughter on sleep apnea. I didn't feel the warmth welcoming front check in time and when Dr. Bui came in he seemed not to be friendly or tried to make eye contact with my daughter. I felt as if he wanted to diagnosised and tell me that she needed surgery. He didn't give me options. My daughter had a different type of surgery 1 month prior so she was scared and Dr. Bui look bothered that it was a child. NO eye contact; just look down her throat and nose and said ....she needs surgery! I am very skeptical about him.

I went to Dr. Bui for a consultation for a congested nose. I changed my insurance for the second consultation, and he changed his diagnosis, prescribing MORE surgery, which was a bit fishy. One of his secretaries is VERY rude and unhelpful. The waiting time for a 15 minute consultation is almost 2 hours, even when there's very few people. In the end, my consultation cost $450, and my problem is not fixed. I have opted for another ENT with lower rates, a courteous staff, and a 5 minute wait time.

It is very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Bui usually a two week wait. Once you do go for an appointment you are usually waiting 1 hr. There is not enough seating for more then 10 people in the waiting room. Dr. Bui staff are not very friendly they just want to get you in and out of there hair. I had to call them to confirm that they got the approval for my son's x-rays and then they never faxed over the authorization to the x-ray office. Dr. Bui is nice but doesn't seem to have much patience with children.
