Great experience. They made the whole visit and experience comfortable. Makes the thought of having the procedure done again less frightening and uncomfortable.

Dr. Ramos nailed it both times that I saw him. He treated my stomach problem and another problem. He listened to me and then addressed the main problem and 3 days later my symptoms went away. I was very pleased with both times that I was treated by him.

Been suffering from very bad stomach pain and has EGD with him with did not give us any answers. No follow up, left us in the dark and I am still having alot pain. Office is nice and staffs are nice, felt like as soon as you get the procedure done and it was normal and they've got your money and you are dismiss. If you know what you are doing then maybe you can start helping your patients.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Ramos! He listened to all of my needs and really helped me understand what was going on internally. He spent the time to answer all of my questions and more, he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Ramos was very nice. But, we were shuffled in and out the door!! He scheduled an EGD which we followed through on. After the procedure, he informed us to "get a general surgeon". He left us hanging... and we found out that we had to have another procedure BEFORE there would be any surgeon that would accept Ramos's diagnosis. After the fact, we had to get the same procedure done again along with some other things during that procedure. After the fact, we found that he sent us to a testing facility that was NOT in our network! The large amount of money we paid was NOT applied to our deductible. All said and done, we had about 20 minutes in two visits (including the procedure) with Dr. Ramos and learned NOTHING! Wasted 2 weeks of our time in the healing process! All he wanted was our money!

Today I had a consult with Dr. Ramos. From check in till appointment in, everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. Dr. Ramos was very through in explaining my procedure and made me feel that I am in great care! Highly recommended!!!!
