Dr. Christopher Jay Reynolds, MD

At the end of my one appointment with this physician I didn't walk out with a shred of confidence in him. He has a poorly managed office, isn't personable or had a positive thing to say when I actually met with him 2 hours into my scheduled appointment. He wanted to make multiple changes in my medications but poorly managed his changes. I was Dilatin toxic with blood levels three times the theraputic range, that may have led to coma and possible death level and I didn't hear from him in over a week!!! He requested I have an MRI with contrast but I'm severely allergic to contrast! I explained this to his office multiple times just to get told that my allergy is more of a reaction and not an allergy and it would be fine... WHEN YOU QUIT BREATHING AND NEED LIFE SAVING INTERVENTION THATS CONSIDERED AN ALLERGIC REACTION!! I refused the MRI because of this! As for the EEG scheduled, I was called and texted by the office, Jamie's personal cell phone that they'd have to cancel die to a… scheduling mix up but then later berated by her for missing my appointment! I told her I had the messages but she was extremely unprofessional!! I canceled all future appointments to terminate Dr. Reynolds for his NEGLECTFUL BEHAVIOR with my condition over 3 weeks ago but today just got a call for an updated address. THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE, HIS MANNER AS A PROVIDER IS EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS AND IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS PHYSICIAN!!!

Crooked Dr! Refused to give me test results without having additional appointments even though I already met with him about them. When I called to get a specific number from blood work since grandma was diagnosed with rare disease, his receptionist told me that he found some things that needed discussion and I needed an appointment. She said she was not allowed to give me the number until I met with the Dr. This was after he told me months ago my tests were all normal. I made appointment thinking he really found somethings. When I got there he asked why I was there and what info I brought him. He did not have information and when I confronted him about being a dr who makes you come in for a charged visit and denying me my medical records, he left the room.

Missed diagnosis. Told me to live with nerve pain. 2nd opinion shows three pinched nerves in my neck. Joke of a practice. Only saw a nurse practitioner

I met with Dr. Reynolds once, about six months ago. The original follow-up appointment was cancelled by him the day before. It literally took months of calling nearly everyday until I was able to get a hold of a secretary and reschedule. Then what happens? He cancel, once again, the day before. I just spent two hours of calling over and over to try and reschedule and still never talked to anyone. This office is by far the worst I have ever dealt with! I'm finally giving up and trying to find someone else to work with, because I can't afford to wait six more months just to get an appointment.

If you want a good doctor, ask a nurses opinion. He is smartest neurologist ever.

As time goes by the legacy of Dr. Reynolds still haunts me. Not only was his diagnosis not accurate, but he did not pursue a diagnosis for what was happening to me. He disregarded me as not having any illness at all when my adrenal system has been found to be almost completely shut down. He has bad mouthed me to all companies I am involved with and never really asked what I was feeling and experiencing. I do not know if my life will ever be quite the same because of Dr. Reynolds and what I believe was very, very poor 'doctoring'. His bedside manner was almost non-existent in any caring way. Please proceed with upmost caution with this Doctor. My overall rating of 1 star was only chosen because I could not rate with 0 stars.

The office staff were generally helpful at first. We had some major disagreements along the way of a number of months of treatment about very high fees for sending medical records to Disability Companies. Bradley Andrew, PA is awesome and very personable and helpful and caring. Dr. Reynolds was not nearly as good at 'bedside' manner as Brad Andrew. Dr. Reynolds finally almost seemed to give up on me--seemed like he dismissed my symptoms and send me away without recourse.

Just wanted to let people know that the office staff doesn't help at all

Dr reynolds is a great doctor. He is more of a shy kind of guy, but he was still very helpful and i receved the treatment i needed and had been longing for. I waited a long time to be seen but he gave me as much time as i needed. I dont mind waiting as long as in the end my needs are met. His team is great and they are very helpful. The only reason i would change doctors is if my insurance changed.

this doctor has several locations, which is convenient for me, as i travel throughout the valley.
