Dr. Christopher Stanley Rusinek, MD

Horrible! The Technician was great but the doctor was awful! He didn’t ask me any question, didn’t speak speak to me besides a couple of words, just put those machines for reading glasses… when I was there not for glasses, I did not want a prescription for glasses, I was there for a condition… they dilated my eyes, did not offer or gave me a disposable sun glasses… it was a terror having to drive with my pupils dilated to the maximum!!!! I almost got into an accident besides the horrific pain in my eyes from the sun at 2pm!!!… horrible experience, I’ll not go back!

The office did not tell me they we out of network for my insurance when I checked-in(all though I should have ask). Dr. Rusinek & I had scheduled cataract surgery for both eyes when my insurance notified me of being out of network. I ask Dr. Rusinek to refer me to a specific doctor that takes only doctor referrals & he said that he couldn't because referrals are only for emergencies. I am a nurse & I know that this is false. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated just because my insurance wasn't excepted there.

Dr. Rusinek is one of the most caring doctors I've ever seen. He alwasy made me feel like I was his only patient!
