Very professional, all employees from check in to exam to provider, well informed as a patient regarding post op information and instructions MyChart is a great tool and is helpful for reference I felt very safe and protected from Covid because of the measures Duke Eye center was taking and were doing everything in their power to protect patients. I had no hesitation in keeping appointments and receiving care here.

Dr. Liss met if not exceeded my high expectations of relieving my increasingly negative eye symptoms and improving my visual perception. He was available and accessible at every critical juncture of my surgery experience, and addressed all of my Qs and needs in a very professional, honest and accommodating manner. The Duke Eye Ctr. was a pleasant surprise in being such an efficient organization with very friendly and helpful staff at every level.

From the first visit here with Dr. Liss and his staff has been amazing! He was educated with my type of thyroid disease and kept me at ease explaining the type of surgery that I would need to regain confidence in my eyes and correct my bulging eye. Surgery went smoothly and was contacted several times after to ensure I was doing ok. My eyes have improved drastically. I could not recommend a better eye doctor and thankful for Dr. Liss!
