Dr. Shelby is truly companionate and friendly. He spends time with his patients and works hard to find an answer or make the appropriate referral

Dr. Shelby does not care about his patients. I met with Dr. Shelby and he order test that I did not need. Dr. Shelby and his staff failed to discuss the results of the test to me or even let me know the results. I had to find another doctor to discuss things. That doctor stated I did not even need the text done. Shelby is a for profit doctor and not one who cares for his patients. After discussing with new doctor, I have not had a issue since.

Dr. Shelby is very caring and considerate for me and my children. The receptionist at the front desk is rude and often Dr. Shelby is on vacation when I need to schedule an appointment. Everytime I bring my kids for an appt. it is at least an hour wait in the waiting room. However, I do tolerate this because he is such a great doctor but I am sure most people would not.

Dr Shelby took very good care of my mother n law when she was sick. He is a wonderful Dr.

I tried this clinic based on an insurance search with no referral. The doctor didnt see me until 1hr 45min after my appt time. Also, they claim to support my healthcare (UHC) however, they wont do lab work, etc. on anyone with UHC and I therefore had to get the work done off site (turning a $20 copay into $125 copay). The doctor acted rushed while seeing me and I had to call to try to get my results after 2.5 months of not hearing ANYTHING from them!!!
