Dr. Christopher D Streeter, MD

My son has been a patient of Dr Streeter’s for about 5 years now. My son has developmental & intellectual disabilities, Speech delays, fine and gross motor delays, ADHD and anxiety. We have struggled to find the right combination of meds that work well to manage his conditions. Dr Streeter is extremely patient, highly intelligent and knowledgeable, always puts patient’s safety first, refuses to give up until a solution is found, and very compassionate. The characteristic I admire the most is that he listens to his patient’s parents, considers any suggestions they have, asks for a parent’s thoughts on his suggested course of treatment, addresses any concerns they may have and very much demonstrates that he and the parents are a team. He doesn’t use big medical terms that most can’t even say let alone know their meaning. If he does present an unfamiliar term, he thoroughly explains it. He is very human and you feel at easy and comfortable the minute you enter his office. Above… everything else, he doesn’t pretend to know everything or suggest he has all the answers. With that being said, he will do the research and / or reach out to others when necessary. He will often call parents himself to discuss important issues or to deliver test results. His staff is top notch and extremely compassionate! They respond to messages and requests within 4-5 hrs even if it’s to inform you that they require more time before they can provide the information you’re looking for.

Dr. Streeter is a very calm and understanding doctor. I have been seeing him for about a year and a half. I hope that other people will be able to have him as a doctor in the future.

we have been seeing Dr. for about 3 years. He is amazing. He takes his time. He discusses everything so every one understands. He does not rush. I can not say enough about him and the care he provides for our kids (3) of them. They are adopted and have many issues. We are very blessed that we were able to secure him as thier dr.

Dr. Streeter has wonderful bedside manner and is awesome with my son. He talks to him, rather than at him or around him and treats him very respectfully. He is also very respectful to me, as the parent.

My daughter sees him and we could not have asked for a better Doctor. He really cares. He has always tried to make himself available when emergencies arise. His staff is also great. We have to drive about 1.5 hours to see him, but it is well worth the drive.

Dr. Streeter talks straight to my daughter who was 10 and now 11. He allows her to explain what's she experiancing. Mom is engaged and he explains everything for the child and parent in simple terms. Dr. Streeter is Awesome!
