Dr. Christopher Michael Tsoi, MD

He didn't explain the procedure well. He got angry and yelled at me when I asked questions. I was afraid to say anything to upset him. No one should be bullied by a Dr. He dropped me before he finished the job, leaving me with a poorly supported device. Over a year and I'm still dealing with the damage he did to me. I'd rot before I'd see him again!

The front desk is very rude. I called for 2 months wanting answers to simple questions and recieved no reply. And i wasn't impressed by him either. He kind of chuckled about my concerns. If im paying money for consultation. Its No laughing matter to me. His personality to chuckle at my biggest concerns upset me..And then after my consultation i asked for a little touch up botox when i was there. And he couldn't even offer that. Of course i was gonna pay. But he sat there and laughed at me during consultation. It was the worst experience . i will not recommended him to anyone.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Made me feel very at ease during my procedure. He explained in layman's terms and thankful for the straight up information. He was referred to me by one of his former colleagues and am thankful it was Doctor Tsoi. Thank you Doctor Tsoi and staff for the positive experience. M.L. Brady

Dr Tsoi is nice but dr Boustread was outstanding for a women seeking breast reconstruction

I would highly recommend. Very skilled surgeon and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Tsoi did my breast reconstruction after cancer. He was there every step of the way making sure I was okay. He held my hand in the operating room before surgery. When some minor complications occurred, he and his staff made themselves available and never gave up until they had a solution. He even called me from out of state when I developed cellulitis and told me he had prayed for me. What surgeon is that caring? I highly recommend this doctor. He has a great sense of humor and fully intends for every patient to have a good experience. He made a very difficult time in my life much easier.

Sad that a physician in this position can ignore what the patient is telling them about symptoms. He actually works for himself and not for the patient's best interest.

The Doctors and the Staff at NCPS took the time to understand my needs and make sure that I was realistic with the outcome. The staff was very patient and kind to me as I was getting everything in order. I would highly recommend them.

Great doctor that worked with my insurance company and actualy saved me money on my elective surgery. AND the results are awesome! Generaly considered the best plastic surgeon in town
