Dr. Christopher Robert Vanhorn, DO

I had been seeing Dr Vanhorn for over 15 years and he was the best doctor i have ever had. He got me on track with a nd stayed on track of my meds. I felt like a person again, then all of a sudden he dropped all adults from him practice and assignd me to the worst quack ib the offic.they wont swich me to another doctor. All i can say is that the bigger that office gets the.less servies they want to provide, they shuffle you in and out likcattle and none of them cares that we are human beings wh despeatly need help

I'm sad i even have to write a review. We have been going to Dr Vanhorn for 5ish yrs, we have been seen in last few months and now all the sudden we have an outstanding balance from Dec, which we have insurance and all the billing has to do is resubmit the claims which add up to about $600 and they refuse to do so. The insurance company tried calling the office manager to resubmit the claims and she refuses to do so, and they WILL NOT see the patient until its paid for so in the mean time she is without medication and is all out of wack and is the only one suffering from all because they won't send in the claims for them to be paid. They also sent the 11yr old to collections on this matter. So i guess the only thing we will have to do is get an attorney to try and resolve this matter, but just breaks my heart that the child has to suffer in the mean time. The people that run this office are very very rude and disrespectful and we have spent days, months, hours trying to get this taken… care of and they could care less. Sadly this is what the mental health has came to no one wants to do there job.
