Summary
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Central Texas. After graduate school, I worked in the sexual assault and domestic violence fields for six years. Nine years prior, I worked as a domestic violence advocate, case manager, and chemical dependency counselor. I've specialized in treating sexual offenders as I was an LSOTP, I believe that therapy is a very personal experience and process. It is important as a therapist to establish an excepting and positive atmosphere and a communication style that enables the client to feel safe and able to convey their emotions and concerns. I let the client guide me in building a trusting, open, and positive therapeutic relationship upon which we can both work to find the best treatment.
