Dr. Christopher Lloyd Winslow, MD

My husband has been seeing him for several years. seeing a psychiatrist sometimes he tells you not what you want to hear but what he feels is right for you. He listens well and my husband is now not just existing but living with a better quality of life. I highly recommend him.

Does not want to include family in your treatment. Can not get through his office lady to let him know you are having a problem even tho he says "call me anytime you need to". Is not able to give you ideas how to work through your problem and is quick to write a new med prescription or change dosage of current med. After 3 years of therapy nothing has changed. Will find another doc.

I love this doctor. His receptionist is wonderful. Dr. Winslow listened very well to what I had to say.He helped me very much when others couldn't and I don't know what I would do without him. He's a very talented doctor and this tiny town is lucky to have him. I highly recommend him.

In this middle of nowhere there is not much choice so you have to take what is there. If you are not an existing patient it is impossible to get to see him. And when you are - hard to get an appointment or hear back from him. You usually wait for someone else to get out long after your appointed time. His attitude is very laid back. He doesn't rush it but because they charge you for the time spent. He was useless for me and didn't help my ex-husband with his problem either. All he does is prescribes or changes medications and see how it goes. I wouln't go back.
