My doctor for 17 years!

Dr. Arthur is unprofessional in the office environment. As I waited to see her colleague she talked about me in whispered tones to her nurses using derogatory statements! Had I felt better I would have stormed out and confronted her.

Dr. Arthur takes as much time as is required to talk with me and diganose my problem. She is very patient and always follows up to make sure the problem is taken care of. She always asks questions to be sure that she understands exactly what problems I am having. I always feel that she really does understand all my symptoms before she talks about what we are going to do to correct the problem. She is good about following up to make sure the "cure" worked.The only thing I don't like about the office is the staff trys to encourage me to see the nurse practicioner when I call to make an appointment. I've seen her several times and while she does a good job, she is not as thorough as Dr. Arthur.
