Just don’t be 20 minutes late, with car trouble— just to PICK UP A PAPER PRESCRIPTION—- When it’s her Lunch time. She cannot Spare a minute. Must Keep Up Her Weight!!??

Have been her patient ever since Dr Roach left this facility years ago. She is the best. Very attentive, is not in a hurry to rotate to her next patient. Doesn't seem to overbook, appts on-time. I trust her diagnosis and will remain with her as long as she is there.

I went to Dr. Merrill for 30 years and never had a problem with the office or insurance filing. I have had the same tests every year and it has been paid. Saw the doctor one time and I am still trying to get the office to file my blood work correctly. Insurance says they will pay the bill if they will provide correct coding and records. After the third time, the office clerk told me it was my problem and to pay the bill. Switching to another office that can do the job correctly. She may be a good doctor, but dealing with her staff isn't worth it.

I have been seeing Dr. BAZE since she joined Hurst medical great since of humor great bedside manner glad she is my doctor

I am very satisfied with the compassionate, friendliness, and patient the staff have but the doctor service and time spent is exuberant. Words cannot explain the kindness and attention this doctor gives. She really shows she cares!!!!!

My first visit with Doctor Baze was for a skin problem. I was prescribed a medication. After a week I was having severe stomach problems. I went back a week later and after looking through my records the medication I was given should not have been prescribed because of a colonoscopy showing I had diverticulitis. I was prescribed a different medication and it took a long while before getting better. Now I find out all this time I am being charged 60/40 for out of network insurance. When I called I was told Doctor Blaze was in Network. I was transferred to an office manager voice mail. I called back and was put on hold for at least 5 minutes. I was trying to find out why I was being charged for out of network but I could not get an answer except they were in Network? The receptionist was impatient with me and said basically there was nothing she could tell me further and to leave a message with the office manager. (Which I did and never heard back). Doctor Merrill was always in… Network and I assumed when Doctor Baze took over the practice she was too. I was never informed about the out of Network issue. I called Aetna and they kept me on the phone while they called the office. Another girl named Jennifer answered and said they would not talk to me because I was being rude. I was not being rude. Frustrated yes but not rude. I was trying to get someone to tell me why they were saying they were in Network but charging me out of Network. I felt they just didn't want to deal with me or the situation. 2 days later I received a bill from Doctor Blaze. I called Aetna and the bill I received was filed out of Network. They are refilling the claim and told me not to pay it till they get the matter resolved. Needless to say I am leaving Doctor Baze and having my records transferred to my new doctor.

U felt very comfortable with Dr Baze.

Dr. Baze is okay. If you are looking for a general doctor when you get the sniffles. If you are looking for a doctor and you have more advanced illnesses then I wouldn't go to her. The office staff is quite rude though and act like you are bothering them if you ask anything. To get bloodwork here takes FOREVER. I once got routine blood tests and waited over an hour AFTER my appointment to get a vial of blood drawn.

Dr. Christy Baze is absolutely the best Primary Care Physician i have ever had. I recently had to have some minor surgury & she performed brilliantly.The places wherethe procedures were done are now barely noticeable after just a few weeks. A friend of mine had gone to a dermatologistseveral weeks before me for almost identical surgury & hers still doesnt look good.I give the highest rating possible to Dr. Christy Baze & the Staffat Hurst Family Medical Center in Hurst,Tx.

I highly recommend Dr.Christy Baze.All you will have to do is see her one timeand you will be convinced.
