Dr Christy Stanat, MD

My appointment with Dr Stanat was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. Entire appointment lasted 9 minutes, where I was told “stop overreacting and take Tylenol.” Was sent to this doctor for a second opinion and will be going elsewhere for a third opinion, since all I got out of this appointment was a feeling of burdening the doctor and wasting her time.

Dr. Stanat performed a repair of a large abdominal hernia (with complications) on me. Her clear explanation of what to expect before, during and after surgery were thorough and accurate - I felt very comfortable in every aspect. End result? A year later the scar is barely visible and my activities are unrestricted. Great outcome!

Dr. Christy Stanat is one fantastic doctor. When she talks to you she explains everything in a way you can understand. She take all the time she needs to explain everything involved with your condition. She is very detailed oriented when she operates she makes sure everything is done correctly for your well being. I think the world of this Doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone. I know my surgery would not have gone well had it not been for her.
