Dr. Chu Xuan Le, DO

This place is horrible!!!! Couldn't even schedule a doctor's appointment until a month later.... Darlene at the front office was absolutely no help at all. Spoke with the manager Celine Hernandez and she is the most rudest person you could possibly talk to. The treatment from her was absolutely disgusting!!! Don't bother going to this doctor you'll never get to see him!!! And the staff he has is absolutely rude!!! Also to all of you who do not know this after speaking to my legal counsel.... California law states that a primary care physician has 10 days to Make an appointment available to you upon starting request of the patient. Don't let them tell you different, you can also file a complaint if they do.

I have been to this office four times, three of which my paperwork has been wrong. I took my prescription to the pharmacist and they could not fill my prescription because my name was misspelled and my birthday was wrong. The pharmacist called to have it corrected to which the doctors office never did. That was over a year ago - I never did get my prescription filled. Most recently, I was given referrals for lab work to which the lab was unable to do anything with because the paperwork was incomplete. I had to leave the clinic after my mammograph to go back to the doctors office … gave the office asst a note which the x-ray tech gave me to give the doc office, explaining exactly what she had missed and what they needed. I also read the note to her before handing it to her. After waiting a few moments I was informed all was now ok … they faxed a copy back to the lab and gave me a copy (tg) .. that took me and extra 1.5 hrs. out of my word day. I get back to the lab and low and behold,… it's still wrong. So the two lab techs decide to call the doc office and explain what boxes they needed checked, and that I was just at their office w/my step by step note and verbal explanation. Would you believe it took them 10 minutes on that phone and the doc asst actually became irate and rude with the techs????? AND THEN SHE CHECKS THE WRONG BOX TO THE LOCATION OF THE PROBLEM. How does this happen????? We finally get that right and two weeks go by. I'm wondering why I'm not getting results, or another referral to the 'next step". So I called them called to find out why no one reached out to me? "We didn't find anything she said!?" I was there for on-going tests. This was the first of a series.... ??? The doctor herself said I would have a series of tests and they would start with x-rays even thought an x-ray probably won't find the problem, it was common practice to 'start at the bottom" i.e. x-ray. So basically... I have to keep paying a co-payment for each dr visit... and then with each specialist ($60 bucks a pop between the two... until they decided I've exhausted every effen machine in the lab before they give me the test that will actually diagnose me ????? The doctor, whom I've met only once is very nice. I actually really like him a lot. It's a shame I will be going somewhere else from here on out. It's a shame the Doctor is losing business because his office assistant's consistent incomitance of the job she's been hired to do. No patient should go through this. No patient should be chasing the paperwork to have it corrected and no patient should be forgotten on the first on a series of ongoing tests. My suggestion - either retrain or replace your office front desk help because I am a testament of one very unsatisfied patient.

I have been a patient for some time, but since Dr. Shin left the practice service is horrible.

There really good and nice

Very long wait time last time we were there. Never notified that Dr. Bajor was leaving. Never saw Dr. Bajor even though we were with her and Dr. Avent before. Never seen Dr. Le, only the PA's, which have been great so far. They seem to be going through a rough patch with all the new patients brought over when Dr. Avent's office closed (and never really understood what happened with Dr. Avent). Debating on staying or going else where as my time is valuable too.

I have so much faith in this doctor and office. I was able to get in on the same day I called and saw Jennifer, who is sincere and genuinely cares. Thank you for getting me in promptly!

We love Dr. Le and his team! They are wonderful and my family have recommended the practice to our co-workers.

Dr. Chu Le has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He has amazing bedside manners and has been with us through my father's illness and eventually death. We have been to many different doctors and he is one of the best

I have been going to Dr. Le for years and really like him. But lately it has been difficult to get a same-day appointment, even with the PA or NP. When I go in they don't seem that busy, which makes me wonder why it's so hard to get an appointment. Maybe he's cutting back his hours - good for him but if so he needs to stop accepting new patients. His staff is arrogant and condescending, and don't put the patients first. But once you get through them Dr. Le is wonderful. He needs to find staff who are more like him.
