Dr. Chul Soo Hyun, MD

When I talked with the reception desk, they told me no additional charge except copay because it's in network.  Later, I got $210 additional charge for 5 min Dr's consulting. Kind of over-charge for other specialists who did not bill for additional. Must check with the insurance company.

I went to see Dr. Hyun for my stomach issue. The office was very clean and the staff were nice and professional. The nurse was also very attentive. Dr. Hyun was very knowledgeable about my problem and explained everything to me. I am very glad I found this office!

STAY AWAY! Age discrimination, unprofessional, disrespectful and rude receptionist and "manager" Ms. Kim. The receptionist called to reconfirm procedure time and at the same time told my parents they had a $$$ copay. **keep in mind: this whole conversation was on speaker and I am listening. They were not told of an additional cost at the 1st visit for the procedure so of course they wanted an explanation. This receptionist was sarcastic and rude so my mother said she will cancel but had questions about the initial copay that was made on her first visit. THIS WAS HER RESPONSE --"??? ???? ???". in English translation "this is not a department store " ... which basically means there is no refund" . REALIZING THE SARCASM AND BAD ATTITUDE, from here I interjected. How dare she speak to my mother or any patient that way! If this was anyone other than the elderly she would not have said anything like this, instead of apologizing she had audacity to hang up on me. The… "Manager" that I spoke with was no better. After much back and forth she finally apologized for her staff but it wasn't sincere. Do not come here. There are plenty of great GI offices & doctors with professional receptionists and staff that will treat their patients (especially the elderly) with utmost respect and kindness. A doctor's visit starts at the reception.

I had to call for information several times, and his assistant couldn't have been sweeter and more helpful. Dr. Hyun was polite and thorough. I highly recommend him to all who expect professional attention.

Highly not recommend. Not even 1-star. They don't listen carefully what the patient concern. Go to different one.

Dr Hyun is wonderful. He always makes you feel comfortable, answers all your questions, is kind, and compassionate. The nurses also have excellent bedside manner and are very well trained. I would highly recommend Dr. Hyun!

He wants procedures. He does not spend time at all.

The Dr. is money hungry .

He only sees the money, not care about the patient.

I would definitely recommend Dr Hyun. He has excellent bedside manner and will take the time to explain everything. He was quick to refer me to a specialist. The staff are also very kind!
